With the existing cottage built on a pier foundation in the 1970's suffering major rot damage. it was inevitable that the old cottage had to be torn down. This beautiful modern cottage was constructed while maintaining the existing fireplace and putting in a new 10 foot walk out basement. This cottage was built to mimic the existing dwelling and maintain the property's heritage. With all new large bay windows and a beautiful view of lake muskoka.
